Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, or related discipline). - Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar role. - Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams. - Excellent knowledge of quality control methodologies and industry regulations. - Experience in data analysis and process improvement. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards.
