This position will be based at Mumbai / Navi Mumbai for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.) Designation: General Manager - Customer Experience Management Experience: 12 years to 17 years Education: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering) Key Responsibilities: - Act as the Customer Experience advocate. Drive Customer Centricity across Business. - Ensure the Customer Experience is measured and improved according to the Business priorities. - Define and follow-up the improvement action plan and priorities with the Business stakeholders. - Ensure that Customer dissatisfactions are solved quickly and effectively through containment, correction and preventive actions. - Use digital and data analytics to measure and improve customer experience. Functional Competencies: 1. Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in Quality / Design / Customer facing functions ( and / or ) 2. Expert in quality tools / analytical tools. 3. High level of Data analytics and Digital skill.
