Key Responsibilities - Market & Customer Research: - Research and deeply understand the Wedding Venues landscape of the city to enable a best-in-class venue selection experience for Meragi customers. - Understand customer needs & demand for various segments of the market to build a Wedding Venues catalog for your city. - Venue Catalog Management: - Build and maintain a comprehensive Venue Catalog to empower Wedding Consultants in shortlisting and pitching venues to customers. - Continuously identify and address gaps in the catalog to ensure we provide an optimal number of venue options for every qualified customer. - Sales Training & Enablement - Train the sales team on budget consultations and venue recommendations to provide accurate and informed advice to customers. - Organize venue visits and conduct catalog training sessions to ensure the sales team is well-versed with the venues available in our catalog. - Bookings & Revenue Growth - Ensure every qualified customer is excited to explore Meragi-recommended wedding venues, driving towards successful venue bookings facilitated by Meragi. What We're Looking For - Problem-solving experience in the 0-to-1 phase of any industry is highly preferred - Excellent organizational & communication skills - Top-notch aptitude and logical thinking skills - Proven experience in category management, sales enablement, or a similar role in the wedding/events/ecomm industry is a bonus - MBA/B.E/B.Tech. from top-tier institutes with a passion for building businesses
