Company Description Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is a 100 owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH one of the world s leading global supplier of technology and services offering end-to-end Engineering IT and Business Solutions With over 28 200 associates it s the largest software development center of Bosch outside Germany indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US Europe and the Asia Pacific region Roles Responsibilities Lead a motivated and growing team in IT- and SCM-Services Governance for IT Security Data Analytics and Data Management within the department of Transportation and Warehousing Shape and form the vision of IT driven transportation services Development of associates potential and competencies Drive productivity and process improvements and develop a competitive IT portfolio Develop business cases and financial justifications for product introductions and lifecycle decisions Coordinate requirements with different stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional teams internal customers LSP developers departments Qualifications Educational qualification Degree in computer science engineering business or economics from a reputable university Experience Mandatory requires Skills 2 years of experience in disciplinary leadership 4 years of experience in IT and or SCM in a multi-national company or international consulting firm Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong presentation skills and ability to think about further growth potentials and mid- and long-term strategies Strong understanding of supply chain management and analytics LSP management demand planning Network Design transport management systems Strong IT background data analytics SCRUM-software development data management Preferred Skills Experience in working or studying abroad outside India Technical Skillset Excel Power BI SQL Tableau SAP Oracle Jira Blue Yonder Kinaxis German language skills would be an advantage
