Are you ready for a new beginning We need your talent knowledge and dedication to better our world with biology Our purpose points the way In Novonesis we know that solutions rooted in biology can help solve humanity s biggest challenges Since we began more than a century ago this has been our guide It s how we ve gotten so far And it s how we ll impact the future Now more than ever the world needs change And with biosolutions the possibilities for transformation are endless We re here to better our world with biology I System Design and Debugging Scheme Planning Participate in the design of DCS Distributed Control System solutions formulate automation system configuration plans based on process requirements and select hardware devices such as instruments and controllers Program Development Write DCS system control logic and configuration programs debug functions like loop control and interlock protection to ensure the system meets process control requirements II System Maintenance and Optimization Develop and execute daily inspection plans for automated control systems Regularly inspect clean and maintain hardware devices such as sensors controllers and actuators in PLC DCS Timely identify and replace aging or faulty components to ensure stable hardware operation Be responsible for the maintenance of automated control software systems including program backup version updates and vulnerability fixes to ensure the security and reliability of the software For faults occurring during system operation quickly locate the root causes formulate solutions and complete repairs to minimize downtime Evaluate and optimize the performance of existing automation control systems based on changes in production processes and equipment operation conditions Improve system control accuracy and operational efficiency by adjusting control parameters and optimizing program logic while reducing equipment failure rates and maintenance costs III Project Implementation and Collaboration Project Support Engage in the installation debugging and acceptance of automation systems for new construction or renovation projects and cooperate with process electrical and other disciplines to complete system integration Technical Collaboration Collaborate with instrument engineers and process engineers to resolve interface issues between the automation system and field equipment and provide technical support IV Document and Training Management Document Preparation Compile technical documents such as DCS system operation manuals maintenance procedures and fault handling guidelines to ensure complete and traceable information Training Empowerment Conduct DCS system operation and maintenance training for operators and maintenance personnel to enhance the team s technical capabilities V Safety and Compliance Management Safety Assurance Implement system security policies prevent unauthorized access or operations regularly back up system data and ensure production safety Standard Compliance Adhere to industry standards and corporate regulations and promote the automation system to meet safety and environmental protection requirements Qualifications University degree or above or relevant experience Major in instrument automation industrial automation etc 15 years of experience in industrial automation familiarity with mainstream DCS systems such as Siemens Yokogawa Honeywell etc mastery of skills like PLC programming and instrument calibration Good leadership and independent project management skills clear thinking able to effectively arrange various tasks Good English reading comprehension and oral communication skills We are looking for someone with experience to look at XA 800 OT security and Advanced process control -
