We're Hiring: AI Prompt Specialist - Visual Content Experience: 1-3 years preferred, Fresher's welcome Work Mode: Onsite (Mumbai) The Role: We are seeking an innovative AI Prompt Specialist to pioneer the integration of artificial intelligence in our creative production workflows. This role bridges creative storytelling with emerging AI technologies to accelerate content development while maintaining our signature quality standards. Key Responsibilities: ● Collaborate with our Creative Directors and Artists to translate briefs into AI-assisted visual assets for TVCs and brand campaigns. ● Develop AI-generated visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign narratives. ● Experiment with text-to-video and image-to-video AI tools to create rapid prototypes for client presentations. ● Build and maintain a structured prompt library categorized by project type, visual style, and output quality. ● Streamline creative workflows by integrating AI tools into existing production pipelines. ● Stay updated on emerging AI technologies in animation, VFX, and content creation, proposing pilot implementations. ● The role focuses on improving the quality, accuracy, and creativity of AI-generated outputs by designing effective prompts, testing variations, and ensuring consistency with brand or project requirements. ● Responsible for crafting, optimizing, and managing prompts used to interact with AI models. What We're Looking For: ● A pre requisite - High degree of fluency in spoken English, ability to express & visualise in english. ● Experience: 0-2 years in advertising, animation studios, production houses, or creative agencies is preferred. However, freshers with a graduation degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Film Studies, or related creative fields are encouraged to apply. ● Hands-on proficiency with AI content generation tools (Midjourney, RunwayML, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, etc.) ● Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and creative production. ● A willingness to learn and grow with emerging technologies. ● Ability to iterate quickly based on creative feedback and maintain consistency across outputs. ● Excellent communication skills to collaborate with directors, artists, and client servicing teams. ● Portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted creative work, experimental projects, or strong creative foundation. Bonus Points: ● Experience with post-production processes. ● Knowledge of regional Indian languages and cultural nuances for localized content. ● Background in illustration, graphic design, or motion graphics. ● Understanding of brand communication for FMCG, automotive, or entertainment sectors. ● Familiarity with workflow automation and creative pipeline optimization.
