The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating proficiency in fashion consultancy, styling, and providing exceptional customer service within a retail environment. Roles And Responsibilities - Consult with customers to understand their style preferences, needs, and wardrobe goals, offering tailored fashion advice to enhance personal style and satisfaction. - Engage actively in retail sales, meeting or exceeding targets through effective product recommendations, upselling, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. - Execute showroom sales strategies by providing personalized attention, guiding customers through merchandise selection, and driving conversion rates. - Contribute to visual merchandising by setting up eye-catching displays, maintaining organized sections, and implementing seasonal or promotional themes as per brand guidelines. - Provide luxury sales experiences by delivering high standards of service, maintaining brand image, and addressing the unique needs of high-value customers. - Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring professionalism in handling transactions, processing returns, and following up on special requests or feedback. - Assist clients with wardrobe planning and curation, supporting event-based or daily outfit selections and fostering long-term customer relationships. - Keep abreast of market trends, new arrivals, and company campaigns, sharing insights with the team to continuously enhance service delivery and store performance.
