We are currently seeking a Web & Java Application Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Junior Developer (Web & Java) 3 Years Experience Role: Build features across UI and Java layers with growing autonomy; ship accessible, performant, secure code. Responsibilities: - Implement components in React or Angular; assist on Flutter/Swift when needed. - Develop and maintain Spring Boot endpoints; consume REST/GraphQL APIs. - Apply WCAG 2.1 practices; improve responsiveness, SEO, and Core Web Vitals. - Integrate with Client IAM (SSO/MFA) following standards (OAuth2/OIDC/SAML). - Write unit/integration/E2E tests; use Git/CI; containerize with Docker. - Participate in reviews; document work; contribute to basic observability (logs/metrics). Requirements: - 24 years professional experience (typically 3 years) building web apps. - Hands-on Java (11/17) and Spring Boot; JavaScript/TypeScript with React or Angular; solid HTML/CSS. - Practical understanding of WCAG 2.1, SEO basics, and performance tuning for CWV. - Familiarity with OAuth2/OIDC/SAML, Git, CI (GitHub Actions/GitLab/Jenkins), and Docker. - Clear communication, collaborative mindset, and steady delivery.
