Looking for psychotherapists to be part of our founding team, interested in doing long-term psychotherapy that is grounded in theory and practice. Our clients, both individuals and couples, come to us after when they're tired of tips/advice, and looking for deeper work. The Role (What You'll Own) You’ll deliver psychotherapy for adults and couples. You’ll be part of our founding team in Bengaluru onsite, with protected time for supervision and training. Specifically you will be- -Conducting psychotherapy sessions with individuals and couples -Maintain documentation and process notes -Participate in supervision and personal therapy to ensure ongoing competence You'll love it here if you: -Believe change takes time and is a mix of experience + understanding, not advice alone -Are comfortable challenging client's unhelpful patterns with warmth and curiosity -Enjoy the here-and-now use of the therapy relationship -Are LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, culturally attuned Basic details: 🎁 You will receive a monthly salary 📨 Minimum work experience - 1 year 📚 Qualifications - M.A/MSc.in Counselling/Clinical Psychology or MPhil in Clinical Psychology (experience with relational and/or couples work is a huge plus) 📍 This is a work from office role in Indiranagar, Bangalore ⌛️ Deadline - 15th November 2025
