Job Description Location: Jaipur Compensation: As per discussion / Industry competitive Work Type: Full-time | Leadership Role About the Role We are looking for a highly-driven Head of Marketing & Customer Growth who can scale Manova's customer base across households and businesses. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who wants to build and execute growth strategies from the ground up and directly influence revenue and market presence. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end customer acquisition for household and business segments. - Design and implement marketing & demand generation strategies to grow brand awareness. - Strategically plan and execute campaigns (online + offline) for consistent customer inflow. - Meet business owners and households to explain service offerings and close deals. - Build, manage, and mentor a marketing and field acquisition team. - Track growth metrics and work closely with founders to achieve monthly & quarterly targets. - Identify partnerships, channel collaborations, and new customer segments. - Plan and execute Google/Facebook ad campaigns to increase qualified leads for customers as well as caretakers. - Strengthen brand credibility by managing social media channels, publishing engaging content, and maintaining consistent online presence.
