About BharatCares BharatCares CSRBOX Foundation is the social impact arm of CSRBOX We believe in innovations technology and scale for providing solutions to the problems that we as a society have been grappling with BharatCares works as a social solution bridge for communities innovators and funders to get the best implementation model in place We strive to provide better education employability skills and entrepreneurial ecosystem support to underprivileged communities We have been implementing CSR projects for a few large CSR companies including IBM Diageo Cadila Pharma Arvind Ltd Airbus PNB Housing Finance and others We have our programs in Gujarat Goa Rajasthan Haryana Telangana Tamil Nadu Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra For more information visit www bharatcares org Curious about what Life CSRBOX looks like Explore https csrbox org Life-at-CSRBOX Designation Project Co-ordinators cum Trainers Life-Skills Digital tools Positions 2 Location Assam Salary INR 22 000-INR 28 000 per month BharatCares is looking for a capable and trustworthy project coordinators cum trainers to join our organization The responsibilities of the trainer will include developing interesting lesson plans and curriculum for STEAM activities Life Skills activities collaborating with other teachers completing student assessments and addressing any performance issues Roles and Responsibilities Schools Students outreach and coordination Developing curriculum and lesson plan along with the teachers Students Training and Development and Monitoring Adopting a data-driven attitude towards measuring learner progress Developing lifeskills learning activities and hands-on material Digital tools for classes Communicating regularly with parents and teachers Providing extra support to students who need it Monitoring student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement Using learner data to constantly refine your curriculum Providing regular feedback to students Prepare and timely submit all the reports and formats Will be required to travel to conduct sessions in other cities also Good communication skills is mandatory Office Timings 9 30 AM to 6 30 PM Mandatory Qualification and Experience Any graduate post graduate with good communication skills A completed apprenticeship or teaching experience Practical experience with MS Office Google Classroom and other software Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills 1-2 years of experience as a teacher will be an add-on advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Health insurance Work Location In person
