Job Description Job Description: - KEY RESPONSIBLITIES - The Incident and Problem Manager is a responsive and committed professional responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of incident and problem management processes to ensure timely resolution of IT service disruptions and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence - This role requires proactive collaboration across multiple departments managing major incidents with urgency and professionalism and driving continuous improvement in IT service management - - Educational Qualification Any Graduate Preferably graduated in IT - Experience 10 years experience Key Responsibilities: - JOB BRIEF - Detailed Job Description - Strong expertise in SimCorp Dimension in at least one area e - g - Alternatives Investment Reconciliation Corporate Actions Trade processing Collateral Cash Processing Fees - Delivering IBOR aspects of SimCorp Dimension implementations including design configuration integration and test - Conducting workshops minimum requirement of being an active listener and creating documentation as part of the Clarification Design phase IBOR stream - Delivering client training sessions in SimCorp Dimension - Organizing knowledge sharing sessions with the team - Being a mentor or buddy for newcomers within the area of expertise IBOR - Participating remotely or on site in implementation projects around the world different time zones gathering understanding and documenting client technical requirements and configuring systems based on specific client needs - Preparing test cases support System Integration Tests SIT and User Acceptance Tests UAT - Perform configuration hand over to the client and support the client with the testing of functionality - Constantly expanding knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and the clients business in order to ensure that clients get the optimal configuration and workflow - Collaborating with colleagues from the team and other teams and cooperate closely with clients and the project team demonstrating good communication skills and a good level of English - Bachelor s degree in Finance Economics Physics Math Science or Engineering - Understanding of middle back office day to day processing workflows - Possess great analytical skills proactiveness and a holistic approach to the project with knowledge or interest in investment finance e - g - financial instruments capital markets transaction processing reconciliation settlement alternative investment fund accounting investment accounting general ledger Technical Requirements: - Mandatory Technical Skill - SimCorp Dimension Configuration Expertise - Deep hands on experience configuring modules like FAP FAM Finance Account Assignments and Finance Accounting Schemes 1 - Ability to implement and optimize SimCorp Dimension for IBOR related workflows - IBOR to ABOR Workflow Knowledge - Solid understanding of Investment Book of Record IBOR and its integration with Accounting Book of Record ABOR 1 - Experience in managing data flows and reconciliation between front middle and back office systems Preferred Skills: Technology->Database->SQL tuning
