Job Description We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Developer with 24 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce best practices to build scalable, high-quality solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions. - Work on Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows. - Customize and configure standard Salesforce features to meet client requirements. - Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. - Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing implementations. - Maintain detailed technical documentation for projects and configurations. Required Skills & Qualifications - 24 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. - Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits. - Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events). - Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git, Bitbucket, or Copado (preferred). - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory; Platform Developer II is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
