Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React and Next.js to lead and shape our frontend architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performance, user-centric web applications that set benchmarks for usability and innovation. Key Responsibilities - Lead the frontend architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications using React and Next.js. - Deliver clean, modular, and efficient code while maintaining scalability and performance. - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and user experience. - Integrate with RESTful APIs and gRPC / gRPC-Web services efficiently. - Conduct thorough code reviews, implement unit and integration tests, and ensure CI/CD compliance. - Drive adoption of best practices in accessibility, security, and performance optimization. - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and code quality. What You Bring - 4–7 years of experience in frontend development, with strong React expertise. - Hands-on experience in Next.js (SSR, ISR, routing, API routes). - Solid understanding of web fundamentals — HTTP, rendering, caching, and performance optimization. - Strong command of TypeScript, modern state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.), and component libraries (Material UI, Chakra UI, or similar). - Experience writing and maintaining unit, integration, and E2E tests (Jest, Cypress, Playwright). - Familiarity with gRPC / gRPC-Web integrations (nice to have). - Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor peers and contribute to architectural decisions.
