Job Description Location: CR Park, New Delhi Experience: 8+ Years Job Type: Full-time Salary: 15-20 LPA Department: Technology / Product Delivery Reports To: Senior Vice President Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of our ERP, which includes modules for HRMS, Loan origination, servicing, collections, recovery, and mobile applications. The role involves managing a cross-functional team of 25+ members, ensuring seamless integration of on-premise and cloud systems, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple modules - Coordinate efforts across a 25-member cross-functional team, including developers, QA engineers, BAs, and DevOps. - Oversee and manage both on-premise servers and cloud infrastructure (GCP) for application hosting and scaling. - Ensure timely and quality delivery using Agile methodologies, utilizing Jira for sprint planning, tracking, and reporting. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and manage expectations. - Work closely with engineering teams proficient in .NET Core, React JS, Node.js, SQL Server, MongoDB to ensure technical feasibility and performance. - Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines using Git and other DevOps tools. - Integrate and supervise the development of AI modules in alignment with loan risk scoring, predictive collections, or customer profiling. - Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery. - Maintain project documentation including roadmaps, project plans, and post-implementation reviews. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 8+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in FinTech or banking software domains. - Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise systems, especially in Loan Lifecycle Management. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Git workflows. - Exposure to GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and on-prem server architecture. - Familiarity with tech stack: .NET Core, React JS, Node.js, SQL Server, MongoDB. - Knowledge of integrating AI modules into enterprise applications. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. - Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM certification. - Prior experience in regulatory-compliant financial applications. - Exposure to mobile application development lifecycle and deployment. - Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security best practices.
