Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal consultant Sr.Manager - Lead ML&OPs In this role, The AI/ML Operations role is responsible for applying advanced machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and statistical modeling to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable value. The focus lies in building predictive and generative AI models, operationalizing them at scale, and ensuring robustness, interpretability, and alignment with strategic objectives. A key responsibility is applying AI-driven workforce analytics in partnership with HR and business stakeholders-covering attrition prediction, workforce planning, and associate 360-to strengthen employee experience and decision-making. This expertise further supports demand forecasting, prediction, classification, and optimization initiatives, driving innovation, efficiency, and impactful outcomes across a global enterprise. Responsibilities .ML/DL Model Development - Design, build, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and NLP models (regression, classification, clustering) to solve business-critical problems. .GenAI & Agentic AI Solutions - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed models into GenAI applications using RAG pipelines, LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases. .LLM Integration - Apply OpenAI and other LLM frameworks to drive automation, contextual intelligence, and enhanced decision-making. .Workforce Analytics - Partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver predictive modelling, attrition analysis, workforce planning, and associate 360 solutions that improve employee experience. .Scalability & Performance - Ensure deployed models are production-ready, meeting enterprise standards for scalability, robustness, latency, and interpretability. .Data Insights & Visualization - Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and integrate AI-driven insights into dashboards and visualization tools for decision support. .Innovation & Continuous Learning - Stay ahead of advancements in AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI technologies, continuously experimenting with new methods to drive business value. .Knowledge Sharing - Conduct internal sessions to share learnings from projects, new AI/ML techniques, and best practices with peers and cross-functional teams. .Stakeholder Communication - Translate complex statistical and AI/ML concepts into clear, actionable insights for business and non-technical stakeholders. .Documentation & Enablement - Create well-structured documentation, guidelines, and walkthroughs to support model adoption, reproducibility, and smooth handovers across teams. .Cross-Functional Collaboration - Works closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI/ML solutions and ensure seamless integration into workflows. .Independent Contribution - Operates as a hands-on specialist, owning end-to-end project execution from data preparation and modelling to deployment and monitoring, without heavy reliance on team supervision. .Stakeholder Alignment - Engages regularly with business and HR stakeholders to present findings, validate models, and incorporate feedback, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business impact.Qualifications We Seek in You Minimum Qualifications / Skills .Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline with 8-10 years of experience .Additional certifications in AI/ML, Databricks, Dataiku Preferred Qualifications / Skills .Experience in data science, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, GenAI, preferably in multinational or large-scale business environments. .Proven track record of leading end-to-end AI/ML initiatives, from problem framing to scalable deployment, in global or multinational organizations. .Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain. .Demonstrated experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, NLP techniques, and deploying scalable AI/ML/GenAI solutions in production. .Hands-on expertise with supervised and unsupervised learning, predictive modelling, time-series forecasting, and optimization techniques.Why join Genpact .Be a transformation leader - Work at the cutting edge of AI, automation, and digital innovation .Make an impact - Drive change for global enterprises and solve business challenges that matter .Accelerate your career - Get hands-on experience, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities .Work with the best - Join 140,000+ bold thinkers and problem-solvers who push boundaries every day .Thrive in a values-driven culture - Our courage, curiosity, and incisiveness - built on a foundation of integrity and inclusion - allow your ideas to fuel progress Come join the tech shapers and growth makers at Genpact and take your career in the only direction that matters: Up.
