Core responsibilities - Client relationship management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with premium clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions. - Business development:Proactively identify and acquire new clients to meet sales targets and grow the client base. - Portfolio management:Manage and enhance a portfolio of clients to increase their share of wallet (deposits, AUM) and achieve revenue growth. - Customer service:Deliver exceptional service, resolve complaints, and maintain high client satisfaction to ensure retention and loyalty. - Sales and targets:Achieve defined sales targets for various banking and wealth products. - Compliance and risk:Ensure all activities are in full compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML regulations. - Financial advice:Advise clients on investment opportunities, such as stocks, bonds, and mutual funds, based on their financial goals. - Continuous development:Stay informed about global economic trends and continually develop one's own skills and knowledge.
