Job Description Job Title: Business Development Assistant Location: Pune Department: Sales / Business Development Job Summary: A Business Development Assistant position, involving field work. This role supports senior business development efforts and is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to 12 years of experience. The role includes field visits, lead generation, client follow-ups, and assisting with contract closures. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior team members in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in labour supply and manpower contracting. Conduct regular field visits to industrial zones, factories, construction sites, and warehouses to understand potential client needs. Help generate leads through market visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling. Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and basic contract documents. Maintain and update client databases, follow up with prospects, and schedule meetings for the senior team. Gather feedback from clients and help ensure customer satisfaction during and after service delivery. Learn and assist with labour compliance requirements like PF, ESI, minimum wage norms, etc. Prepare daily/weekly reports on client visits, leads generated, and activities conducted. Key Skills & Qualifications: Education: Any Graduate Experience: fresher Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a field-sales mindset. Ability to travel extensively and work independently.
