Marketing Associate

Job Description VDO.AI is a global advertising technology innovator, providing brands with intelligent high impact solutions that win the war for consumer attention. We are looking for a MarketingAssociate to join our growing team What will you do as a Marketing Associate : - Strategize, manage, and oversee all social media initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals - Plan, draft, and distribute B2B marketing assets including email newsletters, eBooks, whitepapers, and industry-focused magazines - Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics to track campaign performance and team productivity - Collect and analyze consumer behavior and digital performance data (e.g., web traffic, conversion rates, keyword rankings) - Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities relevant to our industry and offerings - Work closely with design and content teams to produce compelling digital and print marketing material tailored for B2B audiences - Support community-building initiatives and kickstart community management activities for VDO.AI across digital platforms - Contribute to planning and executing promotional campaigns, industry roundtables, and thought-leadership initiatives - Monitor and report on competitors marketing activities, with a focus on content strategies and demand generation tactics - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product teams to align marketing content with customer journeys and buying stages What are we looking for : - Relevant 1+ year experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment - Demonstrated experience in hosting virtual events or webinars, managing logistics, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders - Strong verbal communication, writing, and interpretation skills, with the ability to represent the brand in public-facing engagements - Ability to develop and execute creative content strategies - Self-starter mindset with a collaborative approach comfortable juggling multiple projects and working across teams - Interest or experience in community building and audience engagement strategies is a plus About our parent brand - Z1 Tech: Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified) is a technology first company which strives to innovate digital advertising and marketing to streamline automation in favor of humankind.
