Role OverviewWe re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and scale Cumin Co s presence across online marketplaces Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth operations from product listings and inventory management to order fulfillment and performance tracking This is a high-impact role that will directly contribute to Cumin Co s growth by strengthening our visibility sales and customer experience on platforms like Amazon Flipkart and other e-commerce partners Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces Amazon Flipkart etc - Create update and optimize product listings with accurate content images and keywords - Monitor inventory levels coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely replenishment - Track and analyze sales performance pricing and promotional activities - Ensure smooth order processing fulfillment and timely dispatch - Resolve customer queries returns and escalations in coordination with the support team - Monitor marketplace policies and compliance to avoid penalties or delisting - Generate reports on availability returns account health and marketplace performance for management Requirements - 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations D2C experience preferred - Strong understanding of platforms like Amazon Flipkart similar - Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets for reporting and analysis - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Strong coordination skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with order management systems seller portals and e-commerce dashboards Good to Have - Experience with pricing and promotions on marketplaces - Knowledge of SEO for marketplace listings - Exposure to logistics and supply chain operations in e-commerce ref updazz com
