We're Hiring: Architectural Draughtsman (5–7+ Years Experience) Location: Navi Mumbai / Mumbai Our firm is looking for an experienced Architectural Draughtsman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and hands-on experience with architectural drawings, coordination, and approvals. RESPONSIBILITIES: ️Preparation of working drawings (WD), municipal drawings (MD), detailed drawings , and construction documents. ️ Understanding and application of UDCPR rules, DCR, and local building bye-laws . ️ Experience in liaisoning and coordination with local authorities such as CIDCO, NMMC, PMC , and others. ️ Conducting site visits , measurements, and ensuring drawings align with on-site conditions. ️ Coordination with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical queries. ️ Managing revisions and ensuring accuracy in all drawings and documentation. Required Skills & Experience: ️ Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm. ️ Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit or other BIM tools is an added advantage). ️ Strong knowledge of municipal approval processes and documentation. ️ Good communication and coordination skills. ️ Ability to work with the team and deliver within deadlines.
