Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and manage Qlik Sense servers and environments. - Perform routine monitoring, tuning, and maintenance of the Qlik Sense platform. - Implement security protocols, including user management, role assignments, and data governance. - Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades. - Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of the Qlik Sense environment. - Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to Qlik Sense software and server infrastructure. - Oversee integration of data sources with Qlik Sense from various databases, APIs, and data warehouses. - Manage data connections, schedule data reloads, and troubleshoot data refresh issues. - Provide technical support to users and resolve issues related to Qlik Sense dashboards and applications. - Assist with troubleshooting and resolving application or performance-related issues. - Train business users on best practices and optimal use of Qlik Sense tools. - Monitor user access and data permissions to ensure data protection and compliance with organizational policies. - Regularly audit the system for vulnerabilities and inefficiencies. - Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and developers to support business intelligence initiatives. - Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
