Job Position Telesales Executive Job Location Siliguri WB Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients explaining our services and converting leads into paid memberships Key Responsibilities 1 Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads 2 Explain our matrimonial services benefits and packages clearly and confidently 3 Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate membership plans 4 Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into paid clients 5 Maintain a daily log of calls follow-ups and conversions in CRM tools 6 Meet or exceed daily weekly monthly sales targets 7 Handle client queries and provide accurate information 8 Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients 9 Build a rapport with customers to improve conversion and customer satisfaction Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 12th pass Graduation preferred Prior experience in telesales telemarketing is a plus Married Females are highly preferred Excellent communication and persuasive skills in Basic English Hindi Bengali Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales Strong listening skills and empathy toward client needs Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools Self-motivated and target-oriented Benefits Attractive incentive structure Training and career development opportunities Friendly and supportive work environment Working Hours 10 30 AM 7 30 PM One-day week off every week Salary As per industry standards and based on candidate skills checked during interview
