Job Description Business Development Executive (Italian Speaking) About the Role We are hiring a fluent Italian-speaking Business Development Executive to join our Sales & Communication team. This is a full-time role where you will speak only with warm, pre-qualified leads no cold calling, no prospecting lists. Your responsibility is to build rapport, communicate product value clearly, and close deals. Responsibilities - Connect with warm leads provided by our internal team - Conduct Italian-language sales calls - Present product value in a compelling consultative way - Drive conversions toward purchase - Maintain CRM notes & follow-ups Requirements - Professional fluency in Italian (spoken + written) - Strong communication & persuasion skills - Comfortable with phone-based selling - Self-driven & target-oriented - Experience in sales / closing (preferred) Details - Working Hours: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST (full time) - Location: Remote - Start Date: Immediate joining - Compensation: INR 20,000 - INR 25,000 per month
