About the Role We’re seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Product Manager to drive delivery and operational efficiency across Analyttica’s AI and data platforms. You will focus on project management, sprint planning, and team coordination—managing sprints, backlogs, and technical debt while maintaining PRDs and documentation. You will also analyze platform usage and user behavior to create actionable specifications, effectively bridging strategy and execution to ensure that each sprint delivers measurable outcomes. Responsibilities Drive project management, sprint planning, and delivery execution across cross-functional teams. Serve as the Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring alignment to delivery goals. Maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, while tracking and managing technical debt. Develop and maintain PRDs and functional documentation to ensure clarity, alignment, and accountability. Analyze platform usage data and user behavior to translate insights into actionable feature specifications. Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomes, ensuring proactive communication with stakeholders. Support team coordination, process discipline, and operational reporting to drive delivery consistency and predictability. Qualifications M.Tech in Computer Science or an equivalent advanced technical degree. 6-10 years of product management experience in technology, analytics, or SaaS environments. Proven experience as a Scrum Master with strong expertise in agile methodologies and practices. Demonstrated ability to define, manage, and prioritize product backlogs aligned with business objectives and outcomes. Proficiency in PRD creation, sprint planning, and functional documentation. Ability to interpret platform usage patterns and user behavior, translating insights into clear feature specifications. Required Skills Proven experience as a Scrum Master with strong expertise in agile methodologies and practices. Demonstrated ability to define, manage, and prioritize product backlogs aligned with business objectives and outcomes. Proficiency in PRD creation, sprint planning, and functional documentation.
