About Sukoon

Sukoon Health is building India's first specialized chain of hospitals to cater to acute and severe mental health conditions.

We plan to set up 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care across India. Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.

Who are we looking for

An individual preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology / equivalent with 1+ years of experience. Strategic thinking, advanced clinical expertise, and the ability to influence patient care strategies are other key attributes.

If we choose to work together, you shall assume responsibility to:

1. Monitoring A2R+ model forms (nurses intake, doctors intake, case formulation, and MDT forms)
2. Scheduling and coordinating MDT meetings, informing patients and families
3. Ensuring timely referral doctor treatment updates (every 7 days)
4. Completing A2R+ discharge summaries (data input, alignment, printing, and handover)
