About the Role Geo Head is responsible to achieve business goals and profitability set targets manage resources and drive P L by ensuring a balanced mix of new and used assets quality sourcing and cost management The incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of Sales Fees Volume for his team Details of the Role Department Retail Lending Wheels Grade VP SVP-I Sub-Department RL- Wheels Auto Loans Reporting Business SVP-II Location Mumbai Reporting Matrix Key Responsibilities Business Goals Profitability o Setting up business targets resource management defining key actionable to achieve KPIs of business with equal focus on ETB customers through branches o Responsible for driving P L of AL Business by ensuring right business mix of New and Used quality sourcing margins cost of acquisition and credit cost and throughput of each resource digital adoption to reduce processing cost Audit Compliance and Risk Management o Partner with Risk and Collections teams to restrict early delinquency and collaborate for resolving non- starter and early delinquency cases Sales and Channel Development o Establish relationship with OEM partners at Zonal level to drive strategic initiatives and improve penetration at each counter through mutually agreed numbers o Regular engagement with RBBH to drive higher Branch penetration and calendarize activities for getting the mindset of the Branch Team to bring more focus Involvement of RBBH for key channel meets and attending OEM events o Adoption of Siddhi Application to enhance efficiency in Sales Team as well as bringing discipline at last leg Customer Experience o Oversee fulfilling customer journey with seamless processing and offering a host of banking solutions leading to customer delight o Make Axis Bank the financier of first choice by ensuring best in class TAT o Responsible to increase customer retention and engagement to improve Net Promoter Score and customer satisfaction Collaboration and People Priorities o Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business results o Control attrition across all grades through counselling motivation and HR engagement o Drive various people agenda including but not limited to values talent management internal mobility culture learning and developments Qualifications Graduation post-graduation from a recognized institute 12 years of work experience Lending domain preferred Role Proficiencies Strong sales orientation Proficiency in managing complex client and partner relationships diverse stakeholders Capability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Skill in managing large geographically spread team coaching and mentoring team members Competence in managing within a dynamic priority-setting environment Strong risk and compliance mindset Adept at communication and interpersonal skills Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
