We are seeking an experienced LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help us identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach on LinkedIn. - Parent Company Cart Geek Pvt Ltd is a service-based web & mobile development company based out of Mumbai, India. - About Us: - Cart Geek and Benchgeeks are innovative IT agencies specializing in website services, mobile app development, custom software services, UI/UX design, Staff augmentation, and more. We are known for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients and are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (LinkedIn Marketing specifically) to join our dynamic team. - Responsibilities: - As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in growing our client base and expanding our market presence. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your existing connections, email marketing & LinkedIn profile to generate high-quality leads for our IT augmentation services. - Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential clients and decision-makers within targeted industries. - Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement outreach campaigns to connect with prospects, including personalized messages and connection requests. - Automated Email Marketing Funnels: Should be able to create automated email marketing funnels. - Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, acquisition, and retention. - Campaign Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize outreach campaigns based on performance data and feedback. - Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals. - Brand Representation: Represent the company professionally on LinkedIn, maintaining the integrity of our brand and values. - Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance and progress toward goals. - LinkedIn Automation: Knowledge of using different LinkedIn automation tools is a must. - Building a New Client Base: Build a new client base in international markets (US and European markets specifically) in getting staff augmentation business. Connect with CIO, CXO, CEO, Director, and Head of business functions. - Qualification: - Minimum 2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation and Email marketing.
