About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Sanction Head to oversee the loan sanctioning process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement of approved applications. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and manage the loan sanctioning team. - Review applications and verify eligibility as per policy. - Ensure adherence to credit and risk guidelines. - Approve or reject loans based on analysis and documentation. - Coordinate with the verification and disbursement teams for smooth operations. Requirements - Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in loan processing or credit assessment. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills. - Attention to detail and ability to manage a team efficiently. - Prior experience in personal loans segment. - Prior experience in policy making, payday loans, or related financial services is required Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month
