Monitoring & Reliability - Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (CloudWatch, GuardDuty, centralized logging). - Ensure proactive detection and resolution of system reliability or performance issues. Change & Documentation - Plan, implement, and manage infrastructure and release changes through established change control processes. - Create and maintain Run Books, cloud architecture diagrams, and operational documentation. - Generate deployment evidence (logs, approvals, test results) to support client validation requirements. Scripting & Maintenance - Develop and maintain automation scripts and tooling, adapting to new requirements or evolving implementations. - Support integration and configuration updates across environments. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 5–8 years of DevOps experience, with at least 3+ years in a lead role. - Proven expertise in AWS cloud services and infrastructure automation (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK). - Strong knowledge of CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, etc.). - Hands-on experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm). - Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell). - Experience with monitoring and logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch). - Deep understanding of DevSecOps best practices, HIPAA/GxP compliance, and cloud security frameworks. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams.
