I'm excited to find someone who would play a key role to our biggest focus - Growth at Material Depot. The Content Marketing team will be responsible for assisting marketing and sales teams alike along with the entire content team on all key initiatives. The role would involve 20% data analysis, 50% Content Creation, 30% GTM and operations; and will have 100% ownership of the problem statements you tackle. Interview process - Small assignment - Three interview rounds with the team including Manish/Sarthak What you will do: - Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and oversee the content strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall marketing goals. Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with company vision. - Brand Management: Hone and enhance the brand voice and identity. Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences. - Marketing: Integrally work with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive company objectives. - Target Achievement: Ensure you and the team are aligned and empowered to achieve maximum results, and team and individual targets. - Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of creative content. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies and campaigns. Periodically and proactively collect, collate, and present customer feedback and analysis for improvement to all relevant stakeholders You’re a good fit for this only if... - Minimum 1 years of work experience in marketing or content production - Experience in interiors, construction or furniture industry earns brownie points - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly and concisely. - You’re open to being a generalist and adapting to the uncertainty of early-stage startups. Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and problem-solve for aspects that you or the team may encounter the first time or are not familiar with. - You bring your own unique skill set to the table and collaborate with others to accomplish your team’s goals with a firm focus on targets and deadlines - You experiment, test, try, fail, and learn continuously.
