You'll work directly with our business leaders to align people's strategies with growth goals, champion our culture, and drive meaningful impact through high-trust partnerships and data-backed decisions. What will you do? - Partner with business leaders to understand goals and develop HR strategies that support business success - Coach and support managers on employee relations, performance issues, and development opportunities - Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning initiatives - Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective hiring aligned with business needs - Champion a strong organizational culture through employee engagement and change management initiatives - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, mitigating risk and resolving issues proactively - Leverage HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for continuous improvement - Facilitate learning and development initiatives that align with business strategy - Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, promoting fairness and transparency What are we looking for? - 3 -5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment - Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and organizational dynamics - Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels - Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills - Data-driven mindset with experience using HRIS and tools for insights - Resilient and adaptable, with experience navigating change and ambiguity
