Role Description The Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in expanding the company's client base through identifying and acquiring potential clients, building strong relationships, and offering suitable financial products. The role involves conducting market research to identify opportunities, delivering presentations, consulting with clients to understand their financial needs, and promoting company services. This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi. Qualifications - Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills - Sales and business development expertise, with a proven ability to meet client acquisition targets - Knowledge of financial products and services, including equity, derivatives, mutual funds, insurance, and related financial instruments - Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate client needs and offer suitable financial solutions - Proficiency in using CRM tools and data-driven approaches to track and enhance performance - Adaptability to dynamic financial markets and eagerness to stay updated with industry trends - Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field, would be preferred - Prior Experience in financial market is mandatory.
