Project Planning and Scheduling a Assist in creating tracking Sustenance Testing Release plans and release documentation in Confluence b Assist in documenting test plans and test strategy in Confluence c Analyze efficiency gains possible via optimization of existing test plans Release phase other release variables such as release plan Critical SoC s Platforms etc d Coordinating with team members to ensure tasks are assigned and deadlines are communicated e Create Maintain updated confluence for project management Build status tracking test cycle status tracking raise flags on schedule variance high light dependencies etc f Supporting resource allocation in the RA tool and assisting in resource and revenue forecasting g Own all DA activities weekly monthly calls Sharing project related information with DA team h Assist in DA activities Data consolidation Data Submission Metric tracking Project Risk Health update to DA Manage DA Audits 2 QA Data Management a Creating and maintaining QA-related data including b JIRA dashboards c QA reports and statistics d Inventory documentation in Confluence with the support of the lab assistant e Leave management records 3 Documentation and Reporting a Maintaining project documentation such as project plans schedules and reports b Ensuring all project records are up-to-date and easily accessible 4 Administrative Support
