The role demands proficiency in tools and techniques essential for supporting business intelligence and data-driven decision-making processes. Qualifications and Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory skill) for data organization and analysis, including advanced functions and pivot tables. - Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and the ability to interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights. - Experience with SQL for robust data querying, manipulation, and management essential to supporting business operations. - Competency in using Tableau for creating interactive and data-rich visual analytics to guide strategic business decisions. - Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI to develop insightful visual reports and dashboards to present data in a business context. - Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems to streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency. - Understanding of business intelligence concepts and practices necessary to aid in high-stakes decision-making processes. - Experience in data visualization techniques to clearly communicate results and trends to stakeholders and executive teams. Roles and Responsibilities - Provide support in designing, developing, and maintaining data systems and databases; including troubleshooting and performance tuning. - Assist in the development and deployment of business intelligence reports and dashboards that aid business decision-making. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and integrity across the organization. - Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business improvement opportunities and provide strong recommendations. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and assist in the proper maintenance and storage of data. - Participate in the identification and implementation of new tools and technologies to improve system efficiencies and data processing capabilities. - Analyze business processes and systems to recommend improvements that increase overall productivity and performance. - Work closely with project teams to ensure data requirements and objectives are effectively met in support of business strategies.
