Company: Notifi (getnotifi.com) Position: QA Engineer/QA Tester Location: Currently Remote → Delhi/Gurgaon candidates preferred (must be willing to work from office in 3–4 months) Experience: 3–5 years in QA, preferably in SaaS or mobile-first products. Compensation: ₹8–10 LPA Work Timings: 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (US Shift) About Notifi Notifi builds software that helps service-based businesses streamline their operations through messaging, payments, quoting, scheduling, and VoIP. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure our product delivers a seamless and reliable experience across web, iOS, and Android platforms. Key Responsibilities - Test new features across web, iOS, and Android to ensure a smooth, consistent user experience. - Write, maintain, and execute both manual and automated test cases for key workflows such as messaging, payments, quoting, scheduling, and VoIP. - Perform testing across multiple layers — Web, Mobile, and APIs — to ensure complete end-to-end reliability. - Identify, reproduce, and document bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases across devices, browsers, and environments. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to identify issues early and ensure confident, stable releases. - Conduct real-world testing to validate reliability and performance for field service teams in dynamic conditions. - Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and best practices as the product and team grow. Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech preferred). - 3–5 years of proven QA experience in SaaS or mobile-first products. - Strong background in manual testing, bug tracking (Jira), and clear documentation. - Hands-on experience testing mobile (iOS/Android), web, and APIs. - Practical experience with QA automation tools, including: - Selenium / Playwright / Cypress – UI & regression testing - Appium / Detox – mobile app automation - Postman – API testing & automation - BrowserStack / Sauce Labs – cross-browser & device testing - A detail-oriented, proactive, and fast-moving mindset with strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Bonus: Familiarity with tools commonly used by SMBs or field service teams. Location Preference - Candidates from Delhi/Gurgaon are strongly preferred. - The position will begin as remote, transitioning to work-from-office in 3–4 months at our upcoming Delhi/Gurgaon location.
