Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. - 10 years of experience in sourcing, with a focus on managing channel partner relationships. - Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sourcing strategies. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with channel partner.
