We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions across our India operations. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring lifecycleincluding requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and onboarding - Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Source top talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals. Build and maintain proactive pipelines for niche and high-demand roles - ATS Management: Ensure effective use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate tracking, reporting, and compliance. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and deliver top-quality candidates. - Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (TAT, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio) and prepare regular updates for leadership. - Market Intelligence: Stay updated on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activities to refine recruitment strategies. - Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes, conduct phone/virtual assessments, and evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Required Skills & Qualifications - Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in technical hiring. - Sourcing Skills: Strong hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, and other sourcing channels. - ATS Knowledge: Hands-on experience in using ATS platforms for recruitment workflow and reporting. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively. - Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret hiring metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment efficiency - Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
