Job Title Team Leader - Software Development Location Kannur Experience Minimum 5 years Gender Preference Male Salary Range 40 000 - 70 000 per month Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary Inexoft Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and hands-on Software Team Leader to manage and guide our core development team The candidate must combine strong technical knowledge with effective team leadership and project management abilities Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and support a team of software developers Participate in coding code review and software architecture planning Plan assign and track tasks to ensure timely project delivery Coordinate closely with project managers QA and client teams Maintain version control deployment procedures and development documentation Ensure adherence to coding standards database integrity and performance optimization Identify and implement technology process improvements Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science IT or related field Minimum 4 years of experience in software development with at least 1-2 years in a team-lead or senior developer role Knowledge of REST APIs web services and deployment workflows Strong analytical communication and problem-solving abilities Hands-on experience with Git version control and Linux server environments Experience managing client communications and project milestones is a plus Preferable Technical Skills Python programming and ERP development Odoo or similar platforms PostgreSQL including database design and optimization Git version control and Linux server environments Familiarity with REST APIs web services and deployment workflows Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Kannur Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Work Location In person
