Job Description Key Responsibilities: Strategy: - Deliver best-in-class operational services to clients and internal partners. - Support and maintain strong operational relationships across the Operations business. - Engage with external stakeholders to maintain and improve service standards. - Ensure collaborative engagement globally to foster positive working relationships. Reconciliation & Processing: - Produce high-quality reconciliation outputs daily. - Manage data loads and resolve load failures. - Perform manual matching of exceptions. - Conduct initial investigation of exceptions and allocate to correct business owners. - Ensure timely and accurate narration updates for breaks. - Liaise with all business areas to resolve exceptions promptly. - Ensure service delivery meets corporate client KPIs. Risk & Compliance: - Complete personal risk management activities including Control Attestation, Risk Event, and Breach Reporting. - Ensure accurate and timely reporting with focus on quality and prevention. - Maintain compliance with all risk and control policies. People & Culture: - Maintain and complete all mandatory training requirements. - Encourage a culture of collaboration, openness, and ethical decision-making. - Support FNZ culture, conduct standards, and team engagement initiatives. Experience Required: - Reconciliation and financial accounts experience preferred. - Understanding of risk and compliance policies in financial services. - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. - Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
