Job Description - Design, develop, and maintain components of our healthcare software solutions using .NET C#. - Strong understanding of the .NET ecosystem, OOP principles, and multi-threading - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and project management skills. - Proven experience designing and implementing APIs. - Experience in a lead or senior developer role managing or guiding a team is a desirable. Qualification Criteria/Work Experience Essential: Technologies Hands-on Experience (Years) /Priority ( 1 or 2, 1 being the highest) - SQL /7-9 /1 - C# 3.5 /7-9 /1 - ASP.Net MVC /7-9 /1 - Javascript, JQuery, CSS and HTML /3-5 /1 - XML /3-5 /2 - Source Control tools like Azure DevOps Server or TFS or SVN or Git /3-5 /2 - Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices /3-5 /2 - Web Service (Web API, REST)(basic knowledge) /7-9 /2 Desirable: Technologies /Hands-on Experience (Years) / Priority - HL7 FHIR data standard / 3-5 /3 - Blazor /1-2 /2 - Cloud platforms - Azure/ 3-5 /3 - Knowledge of additional backend technologies and frameworks /3-5 /3 - Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines /3-5 /3 - No SQL Database /3-5 /3 - Prior experience in the healthcare industry, with electronic health records (EHR) systems /3-5 /3 - XSLT /3-5 /4 - Entity Framework or LINQ /3-5 / 4 Overall Project/Task description Developer with7-9yrs. of core experience on coding using .NET C# May be tasked to deliver new functionality as enhancement, modification to existing functionality, and support and maintenance, in which one needs to analyse the issues raised by customers and provide solutions to them. Tasks include: - Design and develop backend services and APIs using .NET and C#. - Lead the integration of backend systems with external services and applications via APIs. - Ensure high performance and responsiveness of all backend functions. - Implement secure data handling, validation, and transmission practices. - Work closely with front-end developers and other team members to meet system requirements. - Spearhead the adoption and implementation of HL7 and FHIR standards within the company s ecosystem. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. - Optimize existing systems for scalability and speed. - Manage database design and querying with an emphasis on performance and security. - Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure robust and error-free deployment. - Document development processes and adhere to industry best practices in software development.
