The role also involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing inventory, and contributing to business growth. Qualifications - Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to maintain and enhance the guest experience - Analyze weekly sales trends and develop effective strategies to meet the assigned sales budget. - Recommend and take informed business decisions based on data to ensure the bottom line remains stable. - The candidate should possess the ability to turn around the outlet, elevate it to new standards, and create a memorable experience for both guests and employees. - Ability to recruit and manage a team effectively with proven Hiring experience - Excellent Communication skills for interacting with teams, vendors, and customers - Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations and standards - Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills - Understanding of health and safety regulations in a food establishment - Experience in inventory and cost control is an added advantage - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
