Job Overview One of our clients is seeking a US Tax Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of US tax laws, with up to 10 years of relevant experience. This position demands expertise in managing comprehensive tax processes and ensuring adherence to the latest regulations. The role includes preparation and review of Individual, Business, and Partnership Tax Returns. Qualifications and Skills - Must possess strong skills in US tax with CPA certification (Mandatory skill). - Demonstrated expertise as an IRS Enrolled Agent (Mandatory skill). - Proven experience in tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns. - In-depth knowledge of tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities for varied client portfolios. - Strong research skills to stay ahead of the latest IRS regulations and tax law changes. - Excellent skills in regulatory compliance, ensuring strict adherence to the latest financial statutes. - Proficient in identifying and implementing tax-efficient procedures and processes. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills. Roles and Responsibilities - Oversee and manage all US tax-related operations and compliance tasks for our clients. - Develop and implement effective tax strategies in line with current laws and client requirements. - Ensure accurate tax filing and documentation according to IRS regulations. - Conduct thorough tax research to assist clients with strategic tax planning. - Evaluate and improve existing tax processes and systems for efficiency and compliance. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive tax management solutions. - Provide expert advice and insights on financial decisions to optimize tax benefits. - Lead and mentor junior staff in complex tax matters and issues.
