Job Title: Analog Layout Design Engineer Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore, India Experience Level: 3 to 10 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Job Description: We are looking for experienced Analog Layout Engineers with strong real-time, hands-on experience in custom and full-custom layout design across advanced semiconductor process nodes. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in floor planning, routing, physical verification, and analog/mixed-signal block layout. Key Responsibilities: - Perform full-custom analog layout of circuits such as Op-Amps, Bandgap References, LDOs, ADCs, DACs, SERDES, PLLs, and Bias Circuits. - Develop layouts from schematic to GDSII for analog and mixed-signal IPs. - Execute floor planning, power planning, and hierarchical integration for complex analog and mixed-signal blocks. - Perform DRC, LVS, ERC, EMIR, and density checks using industry-standard tools. - Ensure matching, shielding, parasitic optimization, and symmetry for sensitive analog paths. - Handle deep N-well, guard ring, antenna, and latch-up considerations in submicron processes. - Work closely with circuit designers and verification engineers for layout debugging and optimization. - Support ECO updates, post-layout verification, and signoff. Technical Skills Required: - Layout Tools: Cadence Virtuoso L/XL/EXL, Virtuoso Layout Suite, Genesys - Verification Tools: Calibre, Assura, PVS, IC Validator, Totem - Extraction Tools: StarRC, PEX - Scripting (Preferred): TCL, Shell - Operating Systems: Linux, Windows - Technologies: TSMC (2nm–90nm), GF (14nm/28nm/55nm), Intel (7nm/10nm/14nm), ST, Dongbu Preferred Experience: - Real-time experience in tapeout-quality analog layouts on FinFET and planar nodes. - Exposure to STD Cell layout, SRAM, and Mixed-Signal IPs is an advantage. - Good understanding of EM/IR analysis, latch-up prevention, and ESD structures. - Proven ability to deliver high-quality layout on schedule with DRC/LVS-clean GDS.
