Job Summary We are looking for a motivated customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our jewellery retail team The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of store presentation The role requires strong communication skills product knowledge and the ability to create a delightful buying experience for customers Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction Sales Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements Present jewellery pieces with confidence and product knowledge Explain product features pricing quality certification and after-sales services Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions Achieve daily weekly monthly sales targets Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business Product Knowledge Maintain strong knowledge of gold diamond gemstone and silver jewellery Stay updated about current trends designs and collections Educate customers about purity hallmarking stone grading and weight concepts Store Operations Ensure counters and display areas are neat clean and organized Handle billing coordination with the billing team when required Update stock movement and assist in inventory counting Manage packing polishing requests and alteration follow-ups Customer Experience Handle customer queries complaints and feedback professionally Ensure smooth and pleasant store experience Maintain high standards of grooming etiquette and professional behaviour Security Compliance Follow company policies on stock handling safety and security Adhere to SOPs for sales billing and customer documentation Support in loss prevention and ensure jewellery safety during handling Skills Competencies Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion negotiation and selling ability Presentable confident and customer-service oriented Basic computer literacy billing software knowledge preferred Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Attention to detail and product presentation skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
