Process SOPs Training Approach Note RACI Training Plans Hiring Interventions Upskilling Cross-Skilling PKTs Training Reports Training Master files audit trail Identifying and assessing future and current training needs Lead and manage a team of trainers and be accountable for their performance Drawing an overall or individualized training approach Deploying a different variety of training methods for specified needs and outcomes Identify and assess future and current training needs through PKT scores job analysis career paths annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers Conduct effective induction behaviourial and orientation sessions Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness success and ROI periodically and report on them Manage training budget Maintain a keen understanding of training trends developments and best practices RFIs RFQs RFPs transitions and ramp-ups -
