Role Title: SAP CPI Integration Lead (With HANA) Location: Noida Role Overview The SAP CPI Integration Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing integrations between SAP systems (Finance, SuccessFactors, etc.) and target platforms such as SAP Datasphere. This role focuses on delivering secure, reliable, and scalable integration solutions to support enterprise data transformation and analytics initiatives. The candidate will lead integration design, development, and deployment while ensuring alignment with architecture and data governance standards. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and implementation of integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or equivalent middleware. - Connect various SAP source systems (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, etc.) to SAP Datasphere and other target systems. - Define and implement integration patterns (OData, IDoc, REST APIs, RFCs) for data exchange and synchronization. - Collaborate with SAP Datasphere, functional, and analytics teams to align integration scope with business objectives. - Ensure data integrity, quality, and security during transfer and transformation processes. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CPI integration flows and performance. - Establish and maintain integration documentation, version control, and configuration standards. - Coordinate with business stakeholders to capture and validate technical requirements. - Support testing, deployment, and post-integration validation activities. - Mentor junior integration developers and contribute to best practice frameworks. Required Skills & Experience - 6–10 years of experience in SAP integration roles, with at least 3+ years in SAP CPI (Cloud Integration). - Strong knowledge of SAP integration technologies: CPI, SAP API Management, BTP, and Process Integration (PI/PO). - Hands-on experience with data exchange protocols (SOAP, REST, IDoc, OData) and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SAML). - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and SAP Datasphere data structures. - Experience in integration design, error handling, and performance optimization. - Solid understanding of cloud-based and hybrid integration architectures. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills - Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid integrations (SAP with AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Knowledge of data transformation and ETL tools or scripting. - Exposure to AI/analytics-driven integration scenarios. - SAP or cloud certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate – CPI or SAP BTP Integration) preferred. Educational Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - SAP Integration or Cloud certification is an advantage.
