Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Executive at Stylori's Chennai flagship store. The Sales Executive will engage with customers, provide personalized jewelry recommendations, and ensure an exceptional in-store shopping experience. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, managing sales transactions, maintaining the showroom's presentation, and striving to meet sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on product knowledge to offer expert guidance to customers while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Qualifications - Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, and relationship management - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Ability to work towards sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences - Familiarity with the jewelry industry or a strong interest in jewelry and gemstones - Proficiency in using Point of Sale systems and basic computer skills - Flexible, team-oriented, and able to adapt to a dynamic retail environmental
