Responsibilities - Handle ticketing queries from customers via phone and email. - Process bookings, cancellations, and refunds for airline tickets. - Assist customers with travel itineraries and provide information on flight schedules. - Maintain accurate records of ticketing transactions and customer interactions. - Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency. - Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations. Skills and Qualifications - Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) for ticketing purposes. - Strong understanding of airline ticketing rules and fare structures. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
