About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment processes end-to-end. This role is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in HR and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. - Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle. - Maintain and update recruitment trackers/ATS. - Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings. - Support employer branding initiatives when required. - Ensure smooth onboarding coordination for selected candidates. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or any related field. - 01 year of experience in recruitment or HR (internship experience is a plus). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing methods. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals. - Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Attributes - Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly. - Positive and professional attitude. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong follow-up skills and time management.
